Refund Policy

Digital Product Sales (Downloads)

All sales of digital downloads are final. Once a digital file has been delivered or downloaded, we cannot offer a refund, exchange, or cancellation.

This is because:

  • Digital products cannot be “returned” like physical items

  • Once downloaded, the product is considered delivered in full

Please make sure to review the product description, previews, formats, and compatibility before purchasing. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us prior to checkout.

Custom or Commissioned Work

Refunds for custom artwork or commissioned pieces are considered on a case-by-case basis. If the project has not yet started, a partial refund may be issued (minus any processing fees or initial prep work completed).

Once work has begun, we reserve the right to retain a portion or all of the payment, depending on how much work has been completed.

We are committed to transparent communication and client satisfaction during the commission process and will do our best to resolve concerns fairly.

Accidental Purchases or Technical Issues

If you believe you made a purchase in error or experience a technical issue (e.g., failed download, corrupted file), please contact us within 48 hours of purchase. We will work with you to:

  • Offer a store credit in rare cases if applicable
