License Terms & Usage Rights

When you purchase digital products from Visionscape, you are not buying the copyright to the work itself—you're purchasing a license to use the work under specific terms. These terms outline how you can and cannot use the digital content.

1. Ownership & Copyright

All artworks, illustrations, graphics, and digital files sold or displayed on this website are the intellectual property of Gonçalo Valene Martins. These works are protected by international copyright laws.

You do not own the artwork. You are granted a license to use it under the conditions stated below.

2. Personal Use License (Default)

You may:

  • Download and use the file for personal projects

  • Print the artwork for personal display (e.g., at home, as a gift)

  • Share on social media with credit to the artist and without modification

You may not:

​

  • Use the artwork for any commercial or promotional purposes

  • Sell, redistribute, or share the digital file in any form

  • Modify the artwork or remove watermarks/credits

  • Use the artwork in AI training datasets or NFTs

3. Commercial Use License (If Offered)

Some products may be offered with an optional Commercial Use License, either included or available as an add-on.

  • Use the artwork in commercial projects (e.g., printed goods, marketing, client work)

  • Use the artwork as part of branding or merchandise (subject to license type and limits)

You may not:

​

  • Resell or distribute the digital files as-is or in editable formats

  • Claim the artwork as your own

  • Use the artwork in products where it is the primary value (e.g., selling the art on prints without added design)

Note: Commercial licenses are typically non-exclusive and do not transfer copyright ownership.

4. Custom Work / Commissions

For commissioned pieces, usage rights will be discussed and agreed upon in writing before the project begins. By default, custom work is for personal use only unless a commercial license is included in the contract.

5. Licensing Violations

Violation of these terms—such as unauthorized distribution, resale, or misrepresentation—may result in revoked access, legal action, and financial liability for damages.
